cReal Food AB is a Swedish food ingredient company that is building its first factory, dedicated to the production of sustainable and nutritious oat-based ingredients. Using only oats and water, together with a unique fractionation technology, cReal minimizes resource use while maximizing output. This innovative factory will utilize the entire oat kernel, leading to a zero-waste process. The resulting oat products are used as building blocks in various food categories, suited for both savory and sweet applications. AirSon has been entrusted with the opportunity to execute the general contract for the supply system in this future-oriented food factory, which we are very proud of.
The contract covers several key aspects that are critical to an efficient and sustainable production facility. The following areas are included in the contract:
- Energy-efficient process ventilation – By minimizing energy consumption and ensuring good air quality, the ventilation system contributes to an efficient and sustainable production process.
- Water treatment and distribution – AirSon will be responsible for water treatment and distribution to the production area.
- Steam for process heating – AirSon will ensure that the steam distribution system is efficient and reliable to meet production needs.
- Neutralization of wastewater – Implementation of solutions to neutralize wastewater and minimize environmental impact.
- Compressed air distribution – AirSon will ensure that the compressed air distribution system is well-designed and efficient.
